Grounded In Motherhood

A gathering for moms to connect through shared experience, with the intention of feeling more grounded and supported in motherhood.

This group weaves together sound meditation (sound bath), meaningful conversation, optional journaling, and practical takeaways you can gently integrate into your everyday life.

My goal is to support local mamas in feeling more rooted and regulated, so they can feel more intentional and grounded in their motherhood journey.

This gathering is great for moms with busy minds who are looking to feel more grounded and present in motherhood.

Come solo or bring your baby and enjoy some restorative stuggles.

🌿Location: Cemetery Memorial Park in Ventura (please make sure to follow my Instagram @heartandsoundhealing and check out my story the morning of the event to see the exact location in the park)

🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on and comfy layers. Optional: pillow, blanket, or bolster to stay cozy.

Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, and people with a history of severe mental health conditions.

⭐ A little about your event facilitator:

Hi! I’m Sasha McPherson, a local mom, licensed therapist, and sound bath facilitator. I specialize in supporting women and moms who are navigating motherhood with anxiety, ADHD, or simply a "busy mind."

I’ve found that sound bath meditation can feel much more accessible than traditional meditation, especially for those of us whose minds don’t easily slow down. If you have a busy mind, you know how valuable it is to have tools that help you feel more grounded, present, and supported in motherhood.
