A grounding two-hour workshop exploring the idea of stability — physically, mentally, and emotionally.


Laura’s workshops often approach themes in unexpected and thoughtful ways, so “stability” may not look exactly how you imagine.


Previous workshops have explored grounding through intentionally unstable balance work, or heart-opening through strong and demanding backbend practice.


Rather than focusing on performance or fixed shapes, Laura’s teaching invites curiosity, awareness, and a deeper relationship with movement and breath.


This session may include:


• steady Ashtanga-inspired flow sequences

• balance and coordination work

• core awareness and controlled transitions

• pranayama and meditation

• moments of stillness and reflection


A practice that may feel both grounding and challenging — creating steadiness, focus, and space within the body and mind ✨


About Laura Gonzalez


Laura is an experienced Ashtanga practitioner and teacher with a background in dance, somatic enquiry, and philosophy.


Her teaching blends technical clarity with breath awareness and reflective space, encouraging students to explore both strength and softness within their practice.
