It’s a 5-hour immersive experience designed to help you shed what Winter asked you to carry and step into Spring feeling open, grounded, and alive.

The retreat will be held on Sunday, May 24 from 12-5

Rooted at the Inspired Revolution at Freedom Ranch - Rehoboth, MA

We’ll move through a guided arc of renewal:

• Mindfulness walk
• Expressive arts (get those creative juices flowwwingg)
• Outdoor breathwork + Reiki
• Connection with the horses
• Spacious integration time

This container is intentionally intimate - capped at 12 participants - so it can be held with depth and care.
