Approachable Integration of Nature Into Your Therapeutic Practice

The eco-therapy training can be taken alone or in combination with the equine-assisted therapy training (link here). The Eco-therapy portion introduces participants to nature-based therapeutic practices rooted in ecological psychology, mindfulness, and indigenous wisdom traditions. Through immersive experiences in nature, participants will explore seasonal cycles, elemental frameworks, and contemplative outdoor practices as supports for mental health and therapeutic presence.

The training includes experiential learning, reflective exercises, group discussion, and opportunities for personal integration.
