Come along for a one-off session of moving and grooving around the themes and choreography of our new show Golden Slumbers.
Groovin’ Well workshops are led by and for people age 50+. The sessions are about having fun, loosening up and letting go, celebrating the good stuff of life.
No experience needed. All shapes, sizes and levels of mobility welcome.

Practicalities : Wear loose clothing that you feel comfortable in, trainers or bare feet, and bring a bottle of water.
WHEN? 10am – 11.30pm on Monday 24th February 2025.
WHERE? ARK Cliftonville, Albion Rd, Margate, CT9 2HP
WHAT TO WEAR? Comfy clothes you can move in and trainers or soft shoes.
COST? The workshop is FREE of charge. All welcome.
