Let's Groove!!! 💃
Groovin' It is a form of exercise through intuitive movement and dance! We do NOT want you to stand in once place and just go through the motions. In this class you will move ALL OVER THE ROOM!!! This is NOT Zumba or Aerobics; although both of those are amazing and fun! Groovin' it is a BLAST! (pst.......I might be a little biased).
You can follow the same movements or modify them in the way that feels best to and for you! No matter your level of fitness or whether you can dance. You could look like a wet noodle and NOONE is going to care! It is about having fun!
This class will get your heart rate up and you will sweat to the music!
