Ready to groove on the stunning Longsands Beach in Tynemouth?Join me for a fun, creative, and easy group dance class that’ll lift your spirits....yes, in January on the North Sea coast - brisk but oh so invigorating!
✨ A mindful, heart-opening movement experience open to all. No experience needed—just let go, move your way, and feel amazing. There are no tricky steps, just pure rhythm, presence and joy. Come and dance your heart out in the fresh sea air!
Using silent disco headphones, we are immersed in the music - every class has a fresh playlist spanning all tempos and styles — from slow, soulful grooves to high-energy beats. Expect funky, jazzy, tribal, pop, rock, disco, and even 90s rave vibes — something for everyone to find their groove.
Using a mic I guide you through the class, and take you on a wonderful dance journey! We start with some centering, stretching, and warming up, then into simple moves for each song—just 1-3 moves that you dance your way.
We’ll end with a calming stillness on the sand (bring a mat or towel) as you relax, breathe, and soak in the bliss.
Tickets for outdoor silent disco Grooves are £15 (or £10 for current/returning Groovers)
