A full-day workshop, in support of self-discovery and healing, in community, led by breath.This 10-hour workshop offers each participant the opportunity to enter a holotropic state of consciousness. Holotropic means “moving toward wholeness,” and through intensified breathing, evocative music, and a carefully held set and setting, the psyche’s inner healing intelligence is invited to emerge beyond ordinary awareness. Experiences may unfold across biographical, prenatal, and transpersonal realms, with the process held and integrated within a well-supported group setting.
Grof Breathwork workshops offer two experiences: as a breather and as a sitter, always supported by certified facilitators. This is the model originally developed in the 1970’s by Stanislav and Christina Grof.
