Join us in person for a hands-on clinic led by pro armwrestlers who’ll share their top techniques, tips, and secrets. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, this event is all about grip, grit, and growth. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to dominate the table with confidence!

Info: The Pros will introduce themselves and their background - furthermore teach the basics on how to prevent injury on the table as well as standard rules of a competitive armwrestling matchup.

Info: We will go over how to position your elbow, your body and even leg placement. We teach the importance of the grip and positioning of your hand, alignment of your wrist, and utilizing various muscle groups to gain the advantage. We will learn Cupping, Toproll, and Hook. Combining all of these, we will have the athletes practice these moves with the Pros.

Info: How to shift your mindset from Outcome to Progress based; how to proficiently set realistic goals for yourself not just in the sport of armwrestling but any endeavor you do. Finally, we will host a "mock tournament" to give you a taste on what competitions are like and also a Q&A to finish.
