Grip & Rip Women's Self-Defense Course (A)

We are gonna Grip & Rip while we take the Power Back in this 2-part women's self-defense course that will help you become a force not to be messed with. This no nonsense course will focus on the minimally functioning criminal mindset, harnessing the power of our superior defensive mindset, how to fight smarter than the average asshole, attacking their inadequate vulnerabilities, becoming our own brutal weapon, executing devastating strikes designed to leave a mark, escaping from the nasty bastard, turning the ground against him and so much more.
