Grief is a natural response to loss. For older adults, the experience of grief can be particularly challenging due to the accumulation of losses and the unique challenges associated with aging.Grief Ways: An Educational and Expressive Exploration is a support group for seniors (50+) who have experienced the loss of a loved one. This group will occur over a series of ten 90 minute meetings, where you will be invited to explore and share grief experiences in a small group setting.
This will be a closed group, limited to 10 participants. To register, please call 607-754-2660 by Friday April 24, 2026.
