Join us for an experience of deep relaxation as you receive Reiki while listening to the healing sounds of modern sound tools and ancient instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drum, gongs, rain sticks, chimes,, and more! You are welcome to sit or lay down and are encouraged to bring whatever you need to feel most comfortable. If you choose to lay down we recommend bringing a yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket. A limited number of mats and pillows will be available for use.Scientific studies of Sound Healing and Cymatics suggest that sound baths support overall stress reduction and endocrine balance while improving sleep, brain health, and even pain relief. Your facilitator Sunshine is an experienced Reiki Master, energy healing practitioners and established performing musician.
Conveniently located at Care More Health and Wellness, 1104 Union Center Highway, Endicott, NY 13760. They will be held Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 11:00 am. Each session lasts 30 minutes and registration is not needed. Cost is $10-$20 on a sliding scale. Cash, Venmo, PayPal and Credit Card is accepted.
