🧡Grief to Growth Café, Under 50s Bereavement Support Group🧡
If you are under 50 and grieving any type of loss, you don’t have to carry it alone. Our monthly Grief to Growth Café offers a warm, safe, non judgemental space to talk, listen, or simply be.
Join us for a cuppa, gentle support, and compassionate connection, led by myself, a qualified grief and loss specialist, who has lived through profound loss and knows how overwhelming this journey can feel.

📅 1st Thursday of every month (beginning Thursday 5th March)
⏰ 10:00–11:30am
