Your first lunch is on us. No reservations required.
Each month, our L.I.F.T. group gathers for a relaxed and welcoming lunch at Coral Gables. These meetings offer the chance to sit together, share a meal, and get to know others who understand the unique challenges of life after loss.
Every gathering is a little different. Some months include guided conversations or gentle topics related to healing, remembrance, or adjusting to a new chapter. Other months are more social and light-hearted, with activities, seasonal themes, or community outings planned. No two meetings are exactly the same - each one offers something meaningful, uplifting, and supportive.
There is no pressure to share; you’re welcome to simply listen, connect, and enjoy the company of others. Many participants find comfort in the friendships formed, the shared understanding, and the opportunity to step out for a warm meal among people who care.
L.I.F.T. is free to join, and participation is open to any widow or widower - whether or not Gorsline-Runciman served your family. The only cost is your meal and/or any expenses incurred after your complimentary first lunch.
