Join Becky Nakashima-Brooke, owner of Illuminate Healing Studio, for a special program that combines a grieving ritual and a sound bath. This is a safe and supportive space to honor and express your grief, no matter what form it takes. Whether you are mourning a personal loss, concerned for a loved one's well-being, or feeling grief for the loss of a loved one from cancer, you'll have the opportunity to connect with others who share in this collective experience.
The program begins with a mindful, symbolic grief stone ritual followed by a soothing sound bath, a powerful practice that uses sound to promote deep relaxation and healing.
You'll leave feeling more at peace, knowing you are not alone in your journey of grief.
