Join us for a day of nourishment, connection, and renewal as we honor the natural rhythms of life. This women’s mini retreat blends ritual, movement, sound, creative expression, and soul-centered conversation, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.We’re highlighting local women vendors and facilitators who will guide you through each experience:
Sarah Whitlow, a Love and Intimacy coach, will lead a conversation on igniting your inner fire.
Midwife Melanie will guide a fun and empowering belly dancing session.
Sarah Skiles, Uplifted Energies, will also host sound baths and guided meditation to help open your heart and mind.
Enjoy creative expression activities like journaling and making mala beads.
Optional Tarot, Reiki, etc stations will be available throughout the day for deeper relaxation.
Lunch is included, giving you a chance to nourish your body while connecting with other attendees.
Whether you’re looking to release what no longer serves you, explore new creative outlets, or simply take a pause to center yourself, this retreat provides space for all of it. Come as you are and leave renewed, inspired, and connected.
