Losing someone we love can leave us feeling disconnected from them, and from the world around us. Grief is deeply personal, often bringing emotions that are hard to name or even understand.I lost my sister in December 2022, and my mother in January 2024. These past couple of years have not been easy. But through my work with crystal singing bowls and gongs, I’ve found moments of stillness, comfort, and a gentle acceptance.
Over the last year, many people have shared their own grief journeys with me - often after experiencing one of my weekly sound meditations. It’s from these conversations that I decided to form the Grief Sound Circle.
I am a STILL Method grief coach, but here I am a man in grief offering this space as a monthly gathering where we can meet in honesty, gentleness, and sound. Held on one Sunday afternoon each month, it’s a place to share, if you wish, and to be held by the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.
