Life is filled with transitions. Some arrive gently, while others reshape our world in profound ways. Whether through the loss of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, retirement, a move, a health challenge, a spiritual awakening, or simply realizing that an important chapter of life has come to completion, grief is often a natural part of the journey.
Yet grief is not only about loss. It is also about honoring what has been, integrating the wisdom gained, and creating space for what is ready to emerge next.
In this compassionate and heart-centered workshop, we will explore grief as a sacred transition rather than something to be fixed or rushed through. Together, we will recognize the many forms grief can take, honor the experiences that have shaped us, and gently explore how to move forward while carrying the gifts of the past.
Through discussion, reflection, guided exercises, and spiritual perspectives on change and transformation, participants will be invited to acknowledge what is ending, celebrate what has been learned, and open to the possibilities of a new chapter.
Whether you are navigating a recent loss, a major life change, or simply sensing that one season of life is giving way to another, this workshop offers a supportive space to reflect, heal, and move forward with greater peace, clarity, and purpose.

Drawing upon more than 35 years of experience as a counselor, spiritual teacher, and guide, Lucy Frances brings both practical wisdom and compassionate presence to the exploration of life's transitions. Her approach honors the emotional, spiritual, and energetic dimensions of change, helping participants navigate endings with grace while opening to the possibilities of what comes next.
