2026 Olentangy Watershed River Clean Up
About this Event
The Olentangy Watershed River Clean Up is an annual community event dedicated to preserving the beauty of our beloved river! We'll be gathering at the Mingo Park Canoe Launch at 500 E. Lincoln Ave, Delaware, OH 43015 for a morning of fun and environmental action. Grab your friends, family, and neighbors, and let's make a difference together!
Equipment will be provided, including trash grabbers, gloves, safety vests, and onion bags. Please wear sturdy, close-toed shoes that can get wet, along with clothes that can get wet or dirty. No bare feet or flip flops will be allowed. You should expect to wade through the river to look for trash; there may be some areas where it's not possible to walk on the river bank, and where you will wade through the water. Individuals that wish to bring kayaks or canoes may do so as these will be utilized to carry water logged trash and debris.
Waivers will be required for participants to sign. Please plan accordingly.
