Whether you’re a seasoned HYROX athlete, a CrossFitter looking for a new challenge, a runner wanting to test your fitness, or simply someone who enjoys pushing their limits, this event is for you.
This event is open to everyone—you do not need to be a Delaware Fit Factory member to participate.
Athletes will take on a series of functional fitness stations combined with running, testing strength, endurance, grit, and mental toughness. The Pairs division allows teammates to share the workload while still experiencing the excitement and challenge that HYROX is known for.
