Join us in person for a heartfelt gathering where we explore the journey of grief and the meaning of legacy. This is a space to learn more about our grief, share stories, and find support among others who understand what it's like to say goodbye and celebrate life. Whether you're experiencing grief or want to come alongside a loved one who is, this conference offers inspiring talks, helpful breakout sessions and meaningful conversations.

Info: Below are the four morning breakout sessions. You will be able to select one morning session to attend.
Walking Through Grief
Host: Olivia with Birchlake Therapy
Info: Ever struggled putting a name to emotions or things you feel in your grief? This session will focus on understanding key terminology and the neuroscience of grief. You will leave this session having a deeper understanding of your grief.
Community Circle on Grief
Host: The Grief Room
Info: Sometimes you just need the space to talk about your grief. This session is a gentle space to do just that. Facilitated by a grief therapist, this is a space to open up about your grief experience.
How to Walk Alongside Someone who is Grieving
Host: Jennifer with Crocus Hill Counseling Center
Info: Have you ever struggled with showing up for a grieving friend or loved one? This is a session focused on helping understand ways to enter in for those who are grieiving. The goal isn't to fix our grieving friends but better understand how to love them in their time of need.
The Six Needs of Grieving
Host: Red Pine Grief
Info: This session will walk participants through the Six Needs of Grieving: pain witnessed, express feelings, release burden of guilt, free of old wounds, integrate the pain and the love, and finding meaning after the loss.

How to Bring Your Loved One Forward
Info: It's hard knowing that our loved ones won't get to be in our lives anymore. This session will discuss ways we can continue to keep their memory alive in big and small moments.
Legacy Planning
Host: Rachel with Schroman Law
Info: How do we best prepare our loved ones after we pass? This session will walk you through the importance of estate planning, wills and having a plan to intentionally pass your assets to your loved ones.
What Will my Legacy Be?
Host: Thomas with One MTL
Info: As we reflect on the beautiful, complex legacies are loved ones leave behind, this session will focus on learning from our loved ones to create our own legacies and a life well lived.
Living a Life you Love After Loss
Info: Grief is hard and can leave you wondering how to enjoy your life moving forward. This hope filled session will focus on how to still find joy in your life after loss.
