Unfolding Heart: A Yoga Practice for Grief & Posture
Heal your heart, align your spine.
Navigating grief and loss can feel overwhelming. This gentle and compassionate class offers a
safe space to explore the connection between emotional pain and physical posture. We'll use a
mindful sequence of restorative and heart-opening poses to release tension in the chest and
shoulders, promoting a more upright and open posture. The practice will also incorporate gentle
breathing techniques and quiet meditation to help you process emotions and find a sense of
ease. This class is an invitation to soften, feel, and heal both your body and your heart. All are
