REIKI I and II Class DescriptiorUsui Reiki I and 1| are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both attunements are given. All the information and techniques for levels are covered including
• The origin and history of Reiki
◦ Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui including ◦ Gassho meditation ○ Rieji-ho - developing your intuition ○ Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed ○ Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes ◦ Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy fiela • Reiki hand positions • Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others • Havashi Healing Guide • Using Reiki for specific conditions • Reiki I and Il attunement along with the Reiki ll symbols • The Reiki Il symbols, how to use them with practice time Reiki ideals o Distant healing • Spiral bound class manual for each student • Class handouts Class certificate
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self treatment, practice using all the level Il symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki techniques mentioned above. There will be a lunch break and a morning and afternoon break.
Class time: Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5pm Water and light snacks will be provided Feel free to bring a lunch or other snacks Investment: $300
