Nothing can be pre-cooked (exceptions for canned or bottled tomatoes, peppers, beans, etc.). You must bring everything with you that you will need to cook your chili. Chili must be cooked on site, a minimum of 2 Gallons cooked.
Cooking Starts at 11 AM
Judging Starts at 3PM
Winners Announced by 5PM
