Greenhouse flow- Yoga in the Greenhouse

Join us for yoga in the greenhouse! Escape the ordinary and immerse yourself in a tranquil yoga experience within the beauty of our greenhouse. Enjoy a rejuvenating practice surrounded by lush greenery, natural light and a calming atmosphere. There’s no better way to boost your mood! Class will be taught by local yoga instructor Jill Sand.

Our Sailers Greenhouse yoga class will focus on basic yoga poses and flowing series. Our attention will be on our breathing and finding alignment in our poses. Different pose options will be offered so each participant fully experiences the poses in a way that suits your individual body needs. We will work with 2 sets of Sun Salutations in class. Suitable for all levels.

Bring your own yoga mat and dress in layers. You’ll sign a yoga class consent and release waiver when you arrive at class.

Jill Sand has been teaching yoga since 2008. She has over 700 hours training, including yoga therapy training, which she incorporates into group classes and one on one yoga sessions. Jill has taught locally at Dakotah, Body Rox, in most schools in the Shakopee School District, as well as at many community events in Shakopee and Prior Lake. Jill had led 21 yoga retreats around the world. Now semi-retired, Jill teaches in her home studio and still offers one or two retreats a year.
