Our Annual RunBeerRepeat “Run with Maud” is a 2.23 mile run that we do every Feb 23rd in memory of Ahmaud (Maud) Arbery, a fellow runner from Georgia who was brutally murdered on Feb 23, 2020 while he was just “out for a run”. We will be running both to honor him and to promote the positive impact that running can have on the physical and mental health of all people subjected to racial discrimination.This will be a Sunday morning run where we will celebrate with coffee, food, some beer and camaraderie. Meet at 10:20am in front of Badger Hill Brewing in Shakopee. We'll start our run at 10:30 sharp so please plan to get there and parked on time. After our 2.23 mile out-and-back run we'll meet back at Badger Hill for post-run food and beverages as well as a toast to Maud.
