Green Witch Crafts: Herbal Incense Bundles (Smudge Sticks)Workshop

Learn to make a seasonal, native herbal incense bundle (also known as a smudge stick). We will get to know a selection of locally grown herbs and wildflowers and their traditional magical properties and their folkloric and historical uses. We will select the herbs we wish to work with for cleansing and create with intention, learning how to bind and dry your herbs. You will take home your fresh herbal incense bundle to dry before use.

All materials provided. Images shown are for illustration only. Seasonal, fresh, spring herbs such as rosemary, thyme, sage and southernwood, will be provided.

It's held upstairs at The Very Healthy Shop on The Shambles, in a very small group of 4. Herbal tea provided.

Please note this workshop is not suitable if you are pregnant due to handling herbs such as mugwort.
