It’s well known now that being outside is hugely beneficial for our mental health. Green Walks is a fully funded event designed to help you reconnect with nature, boost your well-being, and build meaningful connections with others in your local area.

Join us for our first walk on Cooper's Hill!

Difficulty 😌

Somewhere between easy and moderate. We will take the walk slowly and enjoy being in the green spaces.

Toilets 🚽

There will be no formal toilets, but there will be plenty of chances for a wild wee.
