Join us at Ellenborough Park in Cheltenham for a hands-on, immersive chocolate-making experience with Tom, founder of Cheltenham Chocolates. These handmade luxury chocolates really do taste as good as they look. This half-day masterclass is a fun-packed workshop giving you the opportunity to learn the Practical techniques and skills so you can release your inner Willy Wonka! - Perfect as a stocking filler or place setting for Christmas!Mastering Tempering – Understand the how and why behind this essential skill.
Decorative Techniques – Experiment with cocoa butters, spraying methods, and intricate designs.
Bonbon Perfection – Shell, fill, and cap your own exquisite bonbons.
Filling – Fill your chocolates with delicious ganache and caramel for you to take home to enjoy.
The Finishing Touch – Release your chocolates from the moulds and admire your handmade masterpieces!
This is an intensive, hands-on course designed to give you a solid foundation in chocolate artistry. While perfection takes practice, you’ll leave with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to continue experimenting at home—not to mention a stunning selection of handmade chocolates to take away!
The schedule for the afternoon will be as follows:
13:30 Arrival, miniature cake selection festively decorated, Grade II-listed Elizabethan
followed by a 3h workshop with Tom 14:00-17:00 Aprox Departure.
