Come and join me for a wonderful 4 weeks Yin yoga journey.The sessions will be held at the beautiful location, St Mary de Crypt We will be exploring the effects of yin yoga on our body and mind.
Yin yoga is a very meditative practice where we relax into asanas, using long holds and a variety of props, allowing body to soften and relax naturally, without any straining or pushing.
Yin yoga provides benefits for both body and mind. As well as improved flexibility and joint health, it reduces stiffness, releases deep seated tension, improves posture and helps rebalance energy in the body.
So, why not join me on this beautiful journey of stillness, release, grounding and inner peace.
Just in time before Christmas madness and rush!
Each session will be 90 minutes long.
All equipment is provided.

The cost for the four week workshop is £65
If you are unable to make them all and pay for individual sessions, the cost for one class is £18.
