Greek Chicken Gyro Dinner with Mixology

Students will prepare savory Greek chicken gyros. In Greece gyros (pronounced Yee-ros) are portable and even include the french fries in the pita. You'll create tzatziki, Greek french fries, and finish with fragrant orange olive oil cupcakes.
