A self-guided country road tour with a fun social media twist!
There’s something pretty special about taking the back roads on a late-summer weekend and discovering the farm stands, honour stands, bread boxes, growers, bakers, makers and artisans tucked throughout our community.
So this Labour Day Weekend, we’re inviting you to get out, explore and help us celebrate them!
🚗 HOW THE TOUR WORKS
There is no set route and no map to follow. Make your own adventure!
Visit any of our participating vendors throughout Labour Day Weekend during their individual business hours.
Stop in. Look around. Pick up something local. Meet the people behind these wonderful little businesses. And most importantly — help us spread the word about them!

While you're touring:
🌻 Take photos at the farm stands and businesses you visit.
🌻 Post your photos on Facebook and tag the participating vendor.
🌻 Tell us about your visit! Share a review or a few words about something you discovered, purchased or enjoyed.
🌻 Share posts from the tour and help introduce these local businesses to even more people.
🎁 Everyone who participates by sharing their tour photos, experiences and reviews will be eligible to have their name entered into our Labour Day Grand Prize Draw - and every entry means another chance at WINNING!
Our participating vendors are each contributing something special to create one wonderful prize filled with locally grown, baked, made and handcrafted goodies.
The winner will be selected using a random name generator and announced Labour Day Monday, September 7.
