You have gotten the fundamentals, you have nailed crow and feel at least semi-confident in how to approach this arm balance. Now what? What options are available to you from here? Honestly, so, many! Once you are able to push through those initial fears of falling on your face, honestly - the sky is the limit!
In Gravity Labs 2, learn how to play with your crow… consider jump backs, for example, or Baby Crow, if you did not get the chance to try that in Lab 1. In our Revolved Workshop, Courtney will help you twist and lift into, say… your side crow, fallen angel, etc… and, who knows? Maybe at the end of the session you just may surprise yourself! If not? You will still be EMPOWERED with the tools to help you overcome limitations and build the strength and confidence to get there!
