Experience an evening of heart-healing yoga & sound bath on Sunday, Nov 24th, on Upham Beach in St Pete Beach. START TIME 4PM - join us in the sand to fully relaxxx and honor this season of gratitude, finding thanks for all the good that is present and coming.
Our practice combines yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.

This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!

Yoga & Sound Ceremony 4-5pm
Cost: $33
including 40 min. yoga with Jenny, 25 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.

*****Bring a big beach blanket (better for beach yoga than a yoga mat) and water!
