Experience an evening of self-care, beach-yoga & journaling under the glow of the moon on Sunday Dec. 15th as we embrace the energy of this Full Moon. This yoga flow is for all-levels & is a chance to connect with yourself & community during this powerful celestial event.
This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!
START TIME 5:00PM
Location: Upham Beach Park in St Pete Beach

Bring a big beach blanket (better for beach yoga than a yoga mat) and we will be journaling on your phone since it will be dark, or bring a journal, pen and book light so you can see!

DIRECTIONS:
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk past the first few rock jetty's to the end of the beach (toward the channel)
It will take about 5+ minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
