Each session begins with a guided meditation on gratitude, grounding you in the moment and helping you shift from overwhelm to appreciation. From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath, where the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments will help clear energetic tension, ease the nervous system, and restore balance.

Because life is uncertain. Because the world is loud. Because we carry so much, and we need a space to set it down. Gratitude does not erase struggle, but it allows us to soften in the midst of it.
