Join Zen Heart Co-Creator and Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner Kelly George for this grounding and renewing experience.Sound baths are a gentle, replenishing experience that help bring your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation through sound and vibration.
We will begin on our mats with mindful breathing and a body awareness practice. As you sink into a guided savasana, you will be bathed in the soothing frequencies of sacred instruments, harmonizing your body and spirit with an embodied sense of abundance and gratitude.
By accessing these deep states of relaxation via vibration and sound, we allow the body to drop into the Alpha, Theta, and even Delta brainwave frequencies—shifting out of “fight or flight” and into the restorative state of “rest and digest.” This is the space where deep healing, clarity, and renewal occur.
Special Instructions:
Please bring a yoga mat and any props you may want or need to feel supported on your mat, such as a blanket, bolster, neck pillow, or eye pillow.
