Join Melodie Polansky of Grateful Life Wellness and Deb Jennings of Sounds for the Soul by Deb Jennings for their next collaboration, Gratitude Sound Bath. This event will give you an opportunity to balance, align, center and ground, as well as rest, relax, refresh, restore, renew and rejuvenate. Take a break to relax and reflect on gratitude as we move into the holiday season. This makes a perfect gift for yourself and family and friends. Bring what you need to be comfortable for a 90 minute Sound Bath, i.e. mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, journal etc. or use one of the comfortable chairs provided.
