Write with intention. Sip something warm. Honour a beloved pet.

Join us for a gentle, heart-centered gathering for those grieving the loss of an animal companion. Through guided gratitude journaling, grounding reflection, and comforting warm drinks, we’ll create space to remember, honour, and connect. In this workshop we’ll customize a journal cover and go through guided prompts.

This workshop will be held at our Reflection Room (329 Railway Street Unit #405. Vancouver, BC V6A 1A4) on January 22 from *6:30pm-8:30pm PST or February 5 from *6:30pm-8:30pm PST.

5% of the Revenue will be donated to the BC SPCA

*Minimum 2 participants in order for this event to run , otherwise will be refunded. New sessions will be regularily added.

What to expect (Gratitude Journaling for Pet Loss Workshop):

Materials included:

• One journal made from recycled paper 📓
• Pens, pencils, colour pencils, markers 🖊️
• Die-cuts, stickers
• Drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water) ☕
  
• Gentle guidance for gratitude journal writing prompts 💌
• A safe and cozy space to have a moment to reflect on your pet and your grief journey
  

No writing experience needed. All hearts welcome.
