Gratitude Art Journal

Join Heart Comonos for our Healthy Minds Initiative with individual therapy, group therapy and art wellness sessions! These workshops are part of the Heart Comonos mission to promote emotional and spiritual wellness in Cooksville.

This is our second art wellness workshop with Carissa Beresford. Carissa will hold space to discuss different journaling styles and their holistic benefits for well-being. In this workshop, participants will combine types of journaling to creatively express gratitude. From simple doodles to abstract to fine art, all skills levels are welcome. Make a mini notebook from one piece of paper to get your gratitude art journey started.
