From the powerful conversations and shared reflections across social media and beyond, five themes stood out:

• Leadership shapes impact: Responsible leadership is the key to ensuring AI is developed and used for the common good.
• Innovation thrives through collaboration: Cross-sector partnerships sparked the most meaningful ideas and lasting change.
• Ethics, equity, and trust must guide every decision: Building inclusive and responsible AI ecosystems remains a shared responsibility.
• Human flourishing is the ultimate measure of success: The true promise of AI lies in helping learners, educators, and communities thrive.

Building on this momentum, our 2026 theme is:

This year, we will explore how visionary leadership, responsible innovation, and purposeful collaboration can harness artificial intelligence to create more equitable, inclusive, and flourishing learning environments. Together, we'll examine how AI can amplify human creativity, strengthen well-being, foster lifelong learning, and empower every learner to reach their full potential.
