The CCD and the Boyne Public Library present: "Grass Left Standing: A Park Interpreter's Road Guide to Forest Bathing" Book Signing and Forest Bathing Mini-Workshop.
Join us Saturday December 7th from 9:30am-11:30am in the district's Community Room for this special workshop honoring local naturalist, and now author, Maureen Stine. Maureen will share insights from her newly released book through an indoor presentation before taking us on a mini excursion outdoors to introduce the basics of Forest Bathing. Beverages and light snacks provided. Copies of Maureen's book will be available for sale at this event. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Experience level: beginner. Some walking involved on uneven ground around the district office. Outdoor excursion not required.
