Grapevine Wine Tasting: Sparkling Wine from Around the World

Our next Grapevine Wine Tasting will be on November 13, at 7pm. Back by popular demand and just in time for the holidays, the Grapevine will taste Bubbles/sparklers from around the world. Based on experience, tasters can expect wines from California, France and Italy and probably a few more locations. A sip of sparkling wine revives and enlivens the spirits, so come and enjoy. You need to reserve your spot by noon on Friday, November 8. Please sign up in advance and on a timely basis so that the club can be sure to have the correct number of spots at the tables with glasses as well as enough bread and cheese.

As a reminder, the tastings follow a familiar format. Each person (not each couple) will bring a bottle of the featured wine to the tastings. Wine glasses, tableware, bread, cheese, and wine tasting sheets will be provided by the Club in exchange for a fee of $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Attendees will be seated at tables of five to six people. You are welcome to specify if you wish to sit with friends. Often those requests can be accommodated.
