Granton Castle Walled Garden: Tasks TBC

Granton Castle Walled Garden has stood on the coast of north Edinburgh since the turn of the 16th century and is managed by the community. The community garden is a space for a number of collaborative charities to run sessions and hosts four social enterprises – a flower farm, an apiary, a mushroom farm and a dye-plant and ecoprinting enterprise.

On this visit we will assiting the Friends with various tasks to maintain and improve the gardens

We encourage volunteers to use our minibus for transport. If you live near this task and wish to make your own way you must ring Debbie on 01313370223 to book a space and for joining instructions.

P lease bring your lunch and wear appropriate footwear (boots or wellingtons) and waterproof outdoor clothing.
