Many things have changed since you raised your children and now you have stepped into the role of caregiver for your grandchildren. It is important to learn the new recommendations for care based upon research from doctors and scientists studying the physical and emotional development of infants and children. Learn how to safely care for infants and children and how to manage behavior, in addition to lifesaving skills such as choking rescue, first aid, and injury management. Textbook included. Participants receive a course completion certificate.
Course includes:
• Child Development
• Injury Prevention
• Child Care Duties
• Behavior Management
• First Aid
• Choking
• Child and Infant CPR
Advanced Registration is required.
