Damas y Caballeros… we are set to open on March 7th! 🎉To celebrate our opening day, we’ll be serving two whole wood- and charcoal-roasted pigs, slow-roasted and ready to go.
The plates will come with:
🍚 Rice & Peas
🥗 Macaroni Salad
🍠 Yuca al Mojo (Cassava)
So Ladies and gentlemen, come early. This is a very traditional Caribbean dish, especially Puerto Rican, and we’re expecting a big crowd.
