Graduation & Summer Ball 2026.Graduation and Summer Ball is the perfect time to celebrate the memories and friendships you’ve created, as well as this unique little bubble!
Join us for one perfect final night in St Andrews.
About the ball:
The ball will start at 8pm on Lower College Lawn. You'll receive a drink on arrival (served until 10pm) and we'll have favourites like free ice cream available, plus lots of other things included in your ticket too. Enjoy live music on the main stage and side tent all night.
Family and friends welcome (you must be over 18 to attend this event).
Ticket prices (subject to availability):
Early Bird, from 1pm 25th Feb - 27th May: £55
General Release, 28th May - 3rd July: £62.50
Final Release, 4th July: £70
Important information:
Please note if you purchased two tickets, the person you purchased the ticket for must come with you to wristband collection as all wristband holders must be ID'd before the event.
This event is expected to sell out, so we strongly encourage you to purchase your ticket early.
Please ensure that you buy tickets only through our official website.
Tickets must not be purchased with the intention of reselling. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold at an inflated price or for personal gain.
This is an 18+ only event (please bring government issued ID with you to wristband collection and the ball).
You will not be able to attend this event if you have an existing ban from The Union, as this is a Union-run event.
We do not allow refunds for this event.
As the event is held in a marquee the event is subject to weather, therefore in the very unlikely event of adverse weather, the event will be held in an alternative venue and reimbursement will be considered.
Please note there will be photographers and videographers at this event, your photo may be posted on social media and for future publicity.
Please do not wear a Sgian-dubh (a small, single-edged knife worn as part of traditional Scottish Highland dress) as you will be asked to remove it.

• Q: I've got a Grad Pass, how do I get my ticket
• A: Please claim your ticket for free in our account and pick up your wristband on the day of the event from our Box Office.
• Q: When and where is wristband collection?
• A: Saturday 4th July, in the Students' Association Building: Timing TBC
• Q: Can a friend pick-up my ticket?
• A: No they can't unfortunately as we need to put your wristband on your wrist.
• Q: I've lost my wristband what should I do?
• A: You are responsible for your wristband as soon as you pick it up from the Students' Association, we cannot offer a replacement.
• Q: I don’t want to bring my passport to the event, can I bring any other proof of ID?
• A: All forms of identification we accept can be found here.
• Q: Is it a cash only bar?
• A: There will be card machines at this event but cash allows for quicker services.
• Q: Is there a cloakroom?
• A: Yes, there is a cloakroom
• Q: I can't make wristband pick-up time
• A: Email [email protected] and in exceptional circumstances we will try our best to accommodate.
