We are extremely proud to be welcoming back our dear friend, Jeff Reese, along with his fellow defensive tactics instructor, Charles Maiorana for an in-depth law enforcement defensive tactics course.The event will cover all aspects of ensuring our local officers have the tools they need to survive a violent confrontation while maintaining control in a safe and effective manner. Topics covered will include, takedowns, restraints, weapon retention, handcuffing. This seminar is expected to be approved Maryland police training course. More than anything, we want to begin regularly providing the most highly effective law enforcement curriculum in the area to ensure officer safety.
Jeff Reese is a black belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu with over two decades of experience. He first learned the G.R.A.C.I.E. law enforcement program from UFC legend Royce Gracie and has further developed that program towards the evolving needs of today's law enforcement.
Jeff regularly hosts defensive training tactics workshops at his facility in Scranton, PA for various law enforcement departments all over the state. We are thrilled to have him leading our efforts to revitalize LEO safety on the Eastern Shore.
Chuck Maiorana is a 24-year veteran of the Pennsylvania State Police and has over 28 years of total law enforcement experience and holds Instructor Certifications in GST Level 1 & Level 2 from the Gracie family. He holds numerous certifications from the
Pennsylvania State Police, including Instructor Development and Testifying In Court.
