About this Event
Charlotte ladies - You're Invited!
!Join us for a cozy, heart-to-heart conversation with two mental health therapists on navigating the holidays with less pressure and more presence. We’ll talk stress, boundaries, and simple gratitude practices you can actually stick with—so you leave feeling grounded, connected, and ready to enjoy the season.
This is our last event of 2025 and we can't think of a better topic, better speakers or a better venue to spend this evening together as like minded local ladies!
3 Key Takeaways:
*Calm the Holiday Chaos: quick, evidence-informed tools to reduce anxiety in the moment (breathwork, micro-pauses, 5-minute resets).
*Boundaries with Love: simple scripts for saying no (or “not now”) without guilt, plus how to protect your time and energy.
*Gratitude that Sticks: everyday practices to shift mindset—from overwhelm to appreciation—for yourself, your family, and your work.
