Getting published in literary journals is challenging, and the process of trying to locate the right ones for your work can be long and tedious. In this panel, editors and readers from Litmosphere: Journal of Charlotte Lit, West Trade Review, and Palette Poetry try to demystify the process. They’ll talk about the types of submissions that excite them and what it takes to make a poem or prose piece stand out from the slush pile. The discussion, moderated by Charlotte Lit's executive director, Paul Reali, will be followed by Q&A. This panel is an excellent complement to Paul's Dec. 2 class, “Playing to Win: How to Submit Like a Pro.” Free but limited seating, so please register.
